For a generous bust, the bodice is fitted to your measurements and can receive sewn-in cups upon request. Lace, soft tulle, satin or chiffon depending on the models: our fabrics are in polyester or polyester-cotton blend, chosen for their drape. How long will it take for my plus-size wedding dress?

Generally, allow 5 to 8 weeks between the confirmation of your measurements and delivery, including production and shipping. The exact lead time for each style is indicated on the custom-made form, just above the "Add to Cart" button.
When should I order my plus-size wedding dress?

Ideally, you should order about 3 months before the wedding. This allows enough time for production, photo and video approval, any necessary adjustments, and delivery, without last-minute stress. This is much less than the 6 to 8 months often requested in boutiques. For a wedding coming up sooner, contact us before ordering.
What sizes do you offer?

All our dresses are made to your measurements, from size 32 to 60. If your measurements exceed this chart, contact us before ordering: we will tell you what is possible for the chosen style.
Does a strapless dress stay up with a large bust?

Yes, when the bustier is cut to your measurements. Please provide your bust measurement wearing the bra you would wear with it; upon request, we can sew built-in support cups into the bustier.
How can I cover my arms with a sleeveless dress?

Add our detachable sleeves in lace or tulle: they attach to most strapless tops and can be removed for the evening.
Is it possible to alter my plus-size wedding dress?

For a major change in style, we prefer to direct you to another model that better suits your preferences: the result is always better. For standard adjustments (neckline, length, sleeves), contact us before ordering: we generally respond within 24 hours and let you know what is possible, as well as any additional cost, before any confirmation.
No trying it on before receiving the dress?

Your dress is made to your measurements, so there are no in-store fittings. Instead, we will send you photos and a video of your finished dress before it is shipped. If any adjustments are needed, they will be made free of charge before shipping (please allow approximately 14 additional business days).
How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time via the link in this email or from your customer account.
And what about returns for my dress?

As each dress is made to your measurements, it cannot be exchanged or refunded: personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code). In return, you will receive photos and a video of your finished dress before it is shipped, and a free adjustment will be made if necessary. How do I care for my dress after the wedding?

Your dress is delivered in its protective cover. After the wedding, entrust it to a dry cleaner specializing in wedding dresses, then store it in its cover, away from light and moisture.
