When should I order my wedding dress?

Ideally, you should order about 3 months before the wedding. This allows enough time for production, photo and video approval, any necessary adjustments, and delivery, without last-minute stress. What sizes do you offer? Are the dresses suitable for all body types?

What fabrics do you use for your bohemian wedding dresses?

Can I see my dress before it is shipped?

Yes: we send you photos and a video of your finished dress, and we only ship it after your approval. If an adjustment is needed, it is done free of charge before shipping (allow approximately 14 additional business days).
Should you wear a bra under a strapless dress?

This is generally not necessary: our bodices are structured. Upon request, we can sew support cups into the bodice.
Can I edit a template?

For structural changes, we prefer to recommend another style that will better suit your needs. However, adding sleeves, adjusting the length of the train, or altering the neckline is often possible: please let us know before placing your order, and we will tell you what can be done with the style you like. To add sleeves without altering the dress, consider our detachable sleeves.
How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time via the link in this email or from your customer account.
Can I return or exchange my dress?

As each bohemian wedding dress is made to your measurements, it cannot be exchanged or refunded: personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code). In return, you will receive photos and a video of your finished dress before it is shipped, and a free fitting will be provided if necessary.
