Generally, allow 5 to 8 weeks between the confirmation of your measurements and delivery, including production and shipping. The exact lead time for each style is indicated on the custom-made form, just above the "Add to Cart" button.
When to order your romantic wedding dress?

Ideally, you should order about 3 months before the wedding. This allows enough time for production, photo and video approval, any necessary adjustments, and delivery, without last-minute stress. Are your romantic wedding dresses suitable for all body types?

Of course! Each dress is made to your measurements, from size 32 to 60: the dress adapts to you, never the other way around.
Is a 3D floral dress heavy?

No: the 3D flowers are placed on lightweight tulle. The weight depends mainly on the number of layers of the skirt; a well-fitted bodice distributes the weight so that you stay comfortable all day.
Can a romantic wedding dress be altered?

For a major change in style, we prefer to direct you to another model that better suits your preferences: the result is always better. For standard alterations (sleeves, train, neckline), contact us before ordering: we generally respond within 24 hours and let you know what is possible, as well as any additional cost, before any confirmation.
How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time via the link in this email or from your customer account.
What is the return policy for a custom-made dress?

As each dress is made to your measurements, it cannot be exchanged or refunded: personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code). In return, you will receive photos and a video of your finished dress before it is shipped, and a free adjustment will be made if necessary. What fabrics do you use for your romantic dresses?

Tulle, lace, satin, chiffon and embellishments (3D flowers, beads, sequins) depending on the style, made from polyester or a polyester-cotton blend. Every finish is visible in the product page photos and videos.
How do I care for my dress after the ceremony?

Your dress is delivered in its protective cover. After the wedding, entrust it to a dry cleaner specializing in wedding dresses, then store it in its cover, away from light and moisture.
