As each dress is made to your measurements, it cannot be exchanged or refunded: personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code). In return, you will receive photos and a video of your finished dress before it is shipped, and a free adjustment will be made if necessary.
